Galactic War crashed upon opening Reinforcements

Whenever I go into Galactic war and open the Buy Reinforcement menu, it crashes with a ticket.

My only guess as to what might be causing this, is that players were (and maybe still are) able to buy more than 4 auto-recalls, personally, I spent most of my resources on auto-recalls(so I have way more than what the limit should have allowed).
The log appears to say the same thing.

I am getting the same exact crash report upon opening reinf menu, but am also incapable of joining my faction's chat, no crash report for that. If i click a planet the lobby freezes. Figured I'd post here, I think more poeple would experience the bug if more poeple played GW.

Edit: Thought I would share this as well instead of making another thread for the issue. Upon loading up GW I get these crash reports, the news ticker one sometimes lets me continue others it becomes a fatal error and crashes the lobby.

I've also been told that some of the T3 units are missing from the reinforcements shop. (if you manage to load it) Though it may not beimportant, it may be useful to the coder.

The sprite striker is missing and there is 2 quantum gate beacons in there for 4 credits each.
