How to remove or move down a black zone in FAF Map Editor?

I created a map in the FAF Map Editor, but the map in the game is displayed incorrectly - a black zone appears in the middle of the "Y" coordinate. Question: how to remove it or at least lower it down? screenshots below.

That's the black pane bug,
You can find the solution in the mapping forum.
