How to make water waves at shore

I played Setons map and the map has water waves at the shore line.

This is the first time i am creating a map with water surrounding islands but there is no water waves at the shore ? Do you need scripting to make water waves ??

I am using Ozonex map editor but the buttons for "Waves" is greyed out. Any way to create water waves using this map editor ?
