Importing a heightmap?[SOLVED]

Ok, I must be missing something in the map editor tutorial.
In the tutorial it is says "click on Import Heightmap".
Where is that? I cannot find any such button or option with that name...

Make sure tools and layers are selected under "view".
In the layers window pick elevation.
Now under the options tab at the top there is a button with a hand holding a spreadsheet.Press it.
