Because my other current map project (as can be found here) is stuck in a pretty cumbersom, slowly progressing and overall not-fun phase, I started working on a second map - Crimson Feud. I had to give in to an creative urge that the slow pace and overall more technical than creative feeling working progress on the other map could not fulfill.
For this map I chose a much less ambitious approach. I wanted something nice and simple that could be finished in pretty short time. This map has a less complex heightmap and is thus more straight forward in the way it plays. it is also 1/4 of the size of my other map, cutting the working time down significantly.
This map is designed for fast paced, short lived 2v2s with a heated tech 1 phase. There are no fallback spots, once you lost the lead you are very likely to collapse quickly after. This at least was the idea behind this map. Hopefully it will play out just so.
Here is a preview. The map atm got decals and props only on the bottom half.
The spawn area features lots of adjacency bonuses.
