Map Vault

Hi!
Just signed up for FAF. I am a fan of SupCom FAF. I am very interested in the map vault but I cannot find it anywhere. Forum posts say it is in a tab... What tab? I do not see it. A web search brought me to a link that said I could download a zip file of all the maps in the map vault, but that link is broken. Where is the map vault?
