LOUD mod: dont able to install

Hello dear FAF forum,
First of all I would like to express a general thank you for the opportunity to have a platform here.
Last time I played Supreme Commander FA 2010. Now rediscovered and fascinated!

About my topic:
Wanted to install the LOUD Project mod. Didn't work because Windows gives me the admin rights error message.
In a post from the steamcommunity (cannot insert the link because my first post)
I looked for help. The both links of loudman2 are down.

I use the DVD version without Steam. Could not find SCFA_Updater.exe on my disk.

What am I doning wrong?

if you want to download the LOUD installer then you can find it on moddb
if you have LOUD related questions then you can ask them on moddb or on the LOUD discord server
