1) Why do buildings take 0 damage from ACU explosion?

what is also annoying that in 1v1 ACU also does not do damage to buildings, you can't kill PD/AA/shields or really can't kill any buildings with acu explosions if you plan to get a draw that way. E.G. fly in on a transport with ACU, explode static aa and kill acu with mercies is no longer possible.

Are you sure? I’ve always noticed it being around 400-500.
