Update bugged?

Since the new update today I can't build the Nomad experimental transport. I have the button, it highlights when i click on it, but nothing happens. if i hover over it I don't get the unit information window. In cheat mode I can spawn one, but a T3 engineer can't build one. Also the game loading screen now has a black background while showing tips. Didn't it have an orange swirl background similar to the other races?

This is mostly just to let anyone reading this know that we have discussed this on discord and released a fix for this bug so already fixed! <3
