can't log in please help [SOLVED]

so the client was running ok, and when i went to restart my PC all of a sudden I could not get passed the login window.

i enter in my username: Alix141 and my password (not telling) and then it says logging in, and that window has been up for about an hour now. so i have no idea what to do. could anyone please help me thank you

i know about most of the problems that others have been having. i did read and use the search option so that i could see if anyone had these problems before. but most of the problems relate to ether the account being new or the login for the website and client being different.

however, I could not find any information for someone who was able to access the client and play 5 to 10 games before having this problem.

if i have over looked something i am sorry to have wasted your time in reading both this and the first post about my problem. if that is the case then could you just post a massage saying that i have over looked something. it does not have to be with a link that i am making you look through the forms for me. i would just like to know. ty

Of course, you are not waiting for so long in front of that window, right? You killed it, and re-tried?
It happened to me once or twice, and it was just a matter to restart FAF client.

ok thank you for the help. i was able to get it to work after un-installing the client.

before you say anything. I wanted to leave something like that as a last resort.
