Not getting ranked [SOLVED]

I only play ranked matchs using the "ranked match" button on the top left on the "find games" page. Ingame, I can see the rating displayed next to my name changing after every game. I also get placed in the divisions. However, I can't find myself in the ladder ratings, and my player statistics page is not updated. I also don't have a rating when I mouse-over custom games, and when I look at my games on the replay page (when starting the replay, I can see my rating just as in a game).

It is not terribly important, as I can play just fine, but any help would be appreciated. I would also be fine with an account reset if it is necessary.

There are two different ratings: ladder rating and global rating. You get ladder rating from the 1v1 matchmaker, and global rating from custom games with ranked settings. The rating displayed in a 1v1 matchmaker match and in the leaderboard is the ladder rating. The rating displayed in a custom game and in the custom lobby and in the chat lobby when you hover over your name is custom rating. You need to play around 10 games until the rating starts to show, because with few games the system cannot accurately determine your rating yet.

Thanks for the quick answer - Do I have to play some custom games for my ladder rating to show? because I can't find my name in neither of the links you posted. I have around 1100 ladder rating.

How many ladder games have you played? You don't need to play custom games for your ladder rating to show. It should show after a certain number of games in the leaderboard, but in other places it won't show no matter how many games you play (those places only show custom rating).

BTW I think the whole thing is pretty confusing, hopefully it will be made simpler at some point, but I'm not sure how.

I have played maybe a hundred games a year ago, and another hundred recently (last 4 weeks or so).

Anyway, thanks for the answer, I wasn't aware that there are two rankings. I can live with not finding myself in the ladder
