the login and joining games need about 1 min; when finally in a game there aren´t any problems any more; this doesn´t sound drammatic - but it´s very very annoying; reinstalling did not help and i don´t do anything else on the pc while playing; i attached the 2 logs which changed after log in and joining somebody;
