This is intended. You can't have both the shield and the missile at the same time. Or am I missing something?

How are you getting a Sera SCU with both the shield and missile upgrade? If it's a mod then modify the unit detail view so they show where you want them to.

tested it, didn't notice any problem, you either see shield or TML icon depending on which upgrade you have.

hmm then probably only problem on me.. problem would be that it show me also missile when i dont have tml upgrade.. ok let it be

Sera SCU showing the missile icon when it doesn't have the upgrade was fixed in 3641. Is it possible you're using a mod which edits unitview.lua, and has overridden the fix?
