Can't Select units

Hi Peeps,
Ever since the patch i can't select units or upgrade my com more than once after the first upgrade.
I have turned all UI mods off and it is killing me.
Please Fix Sheeo, i need your help.
When i grow up i want to be a toaster

did you turn all sim mods off too?

This sounds a lot like the issue people have when using Notify 3.6. Are you sure you turned all UI mods off?
