Sera Engineer leave no wreck on water

In the replay i watched yesterday, sera t1 engi did not leave any visible wreck when killed on water. Since i am on mobile phone i so not have replay id. It was lainelas on north rock vs strogo on south beach i think. In addition ships started would continue to be built after the Navy fac was destroyed.

I have noticed blueprints stay after fac death too, but in uef air fac.
