Cybran Commander stops shooting

I was watching replay 3663365: a ladder match on Canis between bonjwa and fny360, and about 6:30 into the game when bonjwa's Cybran Commander was surrounded by Thaams, it stopped shooting at fny's Commander and tanks.

I have experienced this same problem couple of times, acu just stops shooting for a while. Always had a gun upgrade when bug appeared.
