Build Menu errors

Gentlemen, I have been having a weird error or two that came through on one of the patches. The last one fixed all the weird problems with AI and such, but didn't fix the error i was having specifically with the Aeon build menu.

I pop out some T3 workers and use them to build T3 items. The first time is ok, but when i click them again, my build menu is transparent and i cannot see anything but the items available to build on the T3 layer. Cannot switch to T2, T1 or the experimental because the tabs are simply gone.

What i noticed after this last major "fix" patch was that i no longer get descriptions from ANY of the factories or build menus that will tell me what i am building. If i do not remember which boat is the cruiser by icon, i guess i am hosed because i get nothing. Works the same for building with ANY worker.

At least the other races let me build all layers whenever i need to.

I can only assume that my files are corrupt and would like to know the best way to fix them.

Ok, I have never looked into some of these things so i will post now what i see happening.

1) I find no game.log anywhere, but i do see the faf log and the replays.

2) I cut and pasted all my mods into a different directory from the my games\forged alliance\mods directory

This told me loads of information. The first being that there was a mod that was never showing in my list but i thought i had, so i just ignored it as it wasn't important. What struck me was what the mod was for: T3 Aeon defense gun something or other. Deleted and the problem disappeared.

The other issue was my own stupidity. All the changes that FAF has done to the UI in the options menu of the game, I never really pay attention i guess, just play the game. For some reason my text descriptions were turned off after the last patch.
