3648 Lobby Windowed Mode Bug

Hi, since last couple of patches the lobby windowed mode is not working as usual. It always appears on the same place when it used to appear in the same place where it was closed. Main problem is that I cannot see the bat until I go to settings and select wondowed mode again. I have to do this every time the lobby starts.

Is anyone else having the same problem or could provide a solution ?

Issue still present in 3650. The lobby windowed mode always pops up on the top left side of the monitor without the top bar to move it. It used to appear in the same spot where it was closed. e.g. on the 2nd monitor. Is there any fix to this ? (I deleted the game.prefs but that didn't solve the problem)
