Logging In

I want to create a seperate FAF profile for my son. He created his own user name in FAF and then tried to log in but after 5 minutes it still didn't log him in. What am I doing wrong?

Is this on the same computer you are using?
We currently have a limit of one account per pc to reduce smurfing. You can get around this by steam linking.
Linking 2 accounts to steam accounts that own FA Will let them be logged in on the same pc.
