I have mentioned this before without any acknowledgement from Seepo.

The AI has lost the ability to reclaim props(rocks and trees), it will only reclaim where it needs to clear ground to build structures.
The AI also does not reclaim wreaks after a battle.

This is giving the human team a major advantage and will cause me to remove all props from TeamPlay_AI maps.

I have recently loaded Windows 10.

When checking the game.log I notice that it is for a different map than the one I have just played.

I was using Open Plams TeamPlay_AI as the example and the game.log shows:-

Is there a problem with Windows 10 saving the game.logs?
My Forever.log, replay.log and uid.log shows today's date. The game.log is from 12th August ....wtf

I just watched the replay ID: 3748947 that the game.log I posted refers to and it also show the AI does no reclaim.

That game was played under patch 3646.

What would be causing my game.log to not update? I have played 16 games since it was last written.

I have fixed the game.log issue by deleting the game.log and have since played two games and each wrote a new log.

The Aeon AI's Harbingers do reclaim mass.
It is only the AI's engineers that no longer reclaim.

Could some Mod please acknowledge this bug.

The AI reclaimed normally in patch 3640 and some patch between then and 3650 has prevented the AI reclaim.
I would say it has to do with the new 'reclaim' display in the UI.
You will note that proptree.lua and prop.lua are not called in 3650, instead the new reclaim.lua is called.

Compare replays 3406113(3640) and replay 3797009(3650)
After 15 mins under patch 3640 almost all props are reclaimed by the AI.....under patch 3650 the AI has done NO reclaim after 20 mins.

Gonna bump this because it is important.

The AI has been poor for the longest time ....No reclaim really upsets the balance on some maps.

Can we have a progress update please.

There appears to be no action after 2 months.

What is the procedure to get something done about this issue?

Can we just go back to using 'proptree.lua and prop.lua' instead of 'reclaim.lua'?
I think the AI performance is much more important than knowing where the reclaim is on a map or how much you reclaimed during a game.

Ze_Pilot degraded the shields making it easy to kill the AI using LRC, Sat or strategic bombers.

Sheeo will be responsible for a further degradation by starving the AI to death.

I think otherwise. Importance is to put effort for multiplayer (player vs player) game.
But if they can solve it, it can be usefull for some people.
