Sorry, Forged Alliance Forever Couldn't Complete the Upgrade

So from what I understand, to launch FaF's client of SupremeCommander, you double-click FaF as shown in this image: http://i.imgur.com/J26rlCU.png

Yet whenever I double-click it, this error appears:
Update started at 2015-08-31 16:44:17
Using game path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\supreme commander forged alliance
Using appdata: C:\ProgramData\FAForever
Connected to update server at 2015-08-31 16:44:17
EXCEPTION: WindowsError((5, 'Access is denied'))
Disconnected from server at 2015-08-31 16:44:17

I don't want to play Online Against Other Players, I only want to get the Sorian AI so I can play on some New Maps with a few mods enabled. I do have some mods which I downloaded from the Mod Vault.

Those mods are:
rks_explosions V8 V1
Total Mayhem v1.20 V1
BlackOps Global Icon Support Mod V5

An error appears on every Host, even when I try to join other's games. Help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm getting the same error.

I'm on Win 10.

I suspect that I used to run as administrator, but, I can't seem to figure out how to turn that back on. It used to be in the shortcut properties.

Fixed by deleting FaF in ProgramData!
