Password reset does not work in FAF lobby

I had to reset FAF lobby and I don't remember my password. The reset functionality does not work, I'm not getting an e-mail.

I have the exact same issue (setting up a new PC).

AND, what is much worse: I can't create a new login to get into FAF and play the game, as you can't have several accounts on one computer, the FAF server does not support it and logging in just runs forever.

Is there a way you guys can reset my password for me or is there any workaround?

Exporting some entries from the registry from my old computer, and importing them onto my new computer did do the trick. Now I still don't remember my password, but automatic login works

If you ever need to do the same:

• Startup the old machine
• Open "regedit"
• Navigate to "[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ForgedAllianceForever\FA Lobby]"
• Rightclick, hit "Export" and save all the entries to some file "faf.reg"
• Be extra careful: open the file with "edit" and make sure it only contains entries from the "FA Lobby". If you would import a file containing other entries... well, that would be a real disaster, and you might need many many hours to recover from that mistake.
• Startup the new machine
• Open regedit
• Import the file "faf.reg" you just created
• Start FAF

Thanks for that, I will try that, it is a ugly workaround. Is this the right forum to ask for password reset requests? Is it a known bug that the password reset function does no longer work?

Well I have the same problem reported here so I guess Sheeo is still feeling onto the servers teeth to find out where all the mails are congesting.

my last name in faf was BuildMoreFlak and I went to change my password and then change my name back to WeedWhacker.
I haven't been able to log into FAF for about 2 weeks now. I hit reset password and then it say's user doesn't exist. so can some one either reset this or delete everything so I can start over or atleast get back in faf. I am stuck playing clash of clans

We haven't had any issues sending out emails, so it's a mystery why weedwhacker isn't receiving them.
