well, maybe instead of putting all the info scathered around topics, everyone can post here the bugs found, I'll try to keep this post updated:

Also, you need to enable logs inside the FAF client, to so so, use Options -> Settings -> Save Game Logs

First of all : there are two know bugs, that are posted on the news section:

CYB Vannila Mission - Defrag, the trucks will not go through the Quantum gate
according to post : "Missions where you have to evacuate Cybran or UEF units thRough the Quantum gate will bug out at that point"

FA Campaign - Black Day (1st mission), map does not expand (reported by Scoot link : http://forums.faforever.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=10806 ) (SOLUTION BELLOW)

FA Campaign - Red Flag (3rd mission), infinit resources (will be fixed next patch link : http://forums.faforever.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=10798#p110111)

FA Campaign - Meltdown (4th mission), solution here http://forums.faforever.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=10798&start=20#p115520

FA Campaign - Mind Games (5th mission), map does not expand after killing Hex5

FA Campaign - Overlord (6th, final mission), mission does not start

open this file with a text editor(Notepad) :

and delete the 19th line(or search for all the text, and delete it ) , this one

CYB Vannila Mission - Mainframe tango : after the first map expansion(you finish capturing the first node) the attack on the second node is faster then transports are able to dropp units to defend the node..

"RED FLAG" mission after 12/9 update (3rd FA mission) This bug has been on this map for a while now, even before the update.
Infinite resource injections for all players in game still, from the start.

FA mission 5, with 2 players seems to desync shortly after starting...


Just solo played FA mission 4 as Aeon, I noticed it claims to grant cybran eng stations as if i am cybran... also during the first expansion, it included Dostya's base in the play area, just for shits I built 3 GCs up there by her ACU... after killing the jammer she starts complaining about being over run, but during the cut scene my GCs are killing everything! lol, they even focus fire on Hex5! pretty funny! but he doesn't die if you are wondering, nor did i expect him too.

The bugs i mention you dont need a log to verify, it happens for everyone right now

Before the maps get updated again you can fix this one easily for you.
Open this file with any text editor:

Either fix it yourself or let us who are actually fixing it decide that...

Desync wont magically fix itself without logs.

You being Aeon and telling you you have acces to hives is side effect of neew tech unlocking system since in coop there's quite good chance your coop team mate will be cybran so it unlocks everything for all factions. Nothing game breaking but can be improved.

Anyway I need to redo this mission from the scratch, it's unbelievable what managed to get in in the past...

On the 3rd mission, everyone i've talked to about it has confirmed when they tried, they are getting the same massive resource injections from the start.

I mean if you are spending time trouble shooting this anyway, whats 30 seconds it takes to start the mission, and click something expensive like RAS upgrade, or teleport upgrade and see for yourself? I mean dont you have to test it anyway?

Friendly AI shares resources, that's the boots. It should not be hapenning and will be fixed in next FAF patch (not coop but FAF patch). If you wanna see the fix then https://github.com/FAForever/fa/pull/918 else skip.
Also can be added to first post.
