Unable to install FAF prerequisites

I'm currently trying to get FAF running from source, but apparently one of the needed libraries is not supported under windows. Is it not possible at all or am i just doing something wrong ? ( I have python 2.7 and a visual c++ 2008 redistributeable installed)
