friend can't log in?

My friend can't log in for some reason. From what I've read from here, it might be the smurf protection thing? So just please help with that whenever you can =D


My friend's name is Entoma. He can't be a smurf because he hadn't heard of supreme commander before.

There is limitation one account per PC. If you wanna use more account on one PC you have to link them all to steam

Before that day he had never made an account. He wasn't able to log in with the original, so tried making a new account and still wasn't able to log in.


You should be able to see that both accounts were created within like 15 minutes of each other.

Game/replay logs are impossible because he was never able to log in to play any games or see any replays.

but w/e, none of my friends really want to play anymore so just forget it.

you know but forever.log which would tell what hapenned. These are the things you need to read first before posting as the red wall of text above says. Else its hard to help
