Since you live in venezuela, you cannot play with proxy conection.
when you play with proxy connection, FAF server intermediates the game, so your data don't goes directly to the other player, it goes to the FAF server ( in Germany if i'm not mistaken ) then goes to the other player. Even if you play with someone in venezuela you'll lag, because data goes to germany , then goes back to venezuela... its a long way to travel.

Also u cannot disable proxy, unfortunately.

Try to rejoing games you conected with proxy. if don't solve, try to close FAF then enter again and join the game.
If it still don't solve, even ask for rehost, or create the game yourself.

Hope i've helped

Hi raishini,

I just did a ping/speed test using http://www.speedtest.net to Venezuela from Newcastle Australia.

Result

281 ping 2.96Mbps down 0.72Mbps up Australia/Venezuela
175 ping 12.01Mbps down 0.95Mbps up Australia/US
33 ping 17.22Mbps down 0.97Mbps up Newcastle/Melbourne ...where our cable leaves Australia.

I compared that result with other ping info sites like

1/ https://nzbart.github.io/AzureSitePing/ closest server was South Brazil (Sao Paulo) 360 ping

2/ http://www.super-ping.com/ using IP 186.92.5.10 418 ping Australia to Venezuela IP 186.92.5.10

So the speedtest result is the best we can expect, in a game, at 281 and some connections could at worst be 418 ping.

Thought you might be interested to see it from this end.

Allowing 200K/50k per player Down/Up throughput in game, we should be able to play with 12 players OK, as long as we connect without proxy.

Please post results from speedtest of your route from that end.
