ACU moving while upgrading

Watch blue's ACU at around the 18 minute mark or so upgrading to T3 in mid position under shields. He appears to be moving while finishing the upgrade. Notify mod also confirms that upgrade is finished after moving.

It is possible, and no bug. he was under attack and upgrading, so he used one of his eng to build a land factory where ACU was. it made acu move while upgrading and to dodge the attack. watch replay again, and hold SHIFT, i'll see the land factory the eng was suposed to build.
