BlackOpsIconSupport broken?

So I understand that normally you should go to the mod maker about this type of thing but they haven't been active for years as far as I can tell as well as I noticed nobody else seems to have this issue so I guess it must be my game/PC. So. Issue is when I start a game my commander will not spawn and the icons wont appear on any menu. The mods that require the Icon support work fine without it installed but if I dont have icon support on I dont know what I'm clicking on without looking at the tooltip. Obviously that doesn't work out very well. I activate Icon support and voila game has a seizure. So I'm looking for help. I tried completely deleting and reinstalling everything from FAF to the game to the mods and no change has occurred. My logs are down below.
