Acu T2/t3 upgrade regen bugg

When its enginering upgrade build acu have more regeneration (of course)
but when its enginering removed regeneration stay same (whut?)
more hp bp and tech level diseaper but regeneration not.

pls fix it.

on last patch was removed indicator of br on units, please fix it and take it back.
