Possibly stealth bug with T2 cybran subhunters causing them to become invisible.

Replay ID: 4053646 (corrupted so i am uploading my local one. Incomplete because my game crashed but the bug is cleary visible early game: http://www.speedyshare.com/2dcAC/4053646-Ralcorvan.fafreplay (attention - lots of shittalk))
Game was played on beta patch as of 7 November.

Map: Seton's Clutch
Location of the bug: North sea, beach. Starting around 11 min when my opponent navy and factories were destroyed but he manage to finish a single T2 submarine hunter.

Details:
11:20 Cybran subhunter finished - my 12 t1 subs are literally above him so he is in their vision radius and they cant see him. My 2 frigates are there as well and cant see it neither. Only his torpedoes.
13:20 new units arrives. Single t2 sub still invisible and killing them without any problems.
14:20 frigates swimming above invisible sub without seeing it. Torpedo boat arrives and cant see or attack it neither
17:10 there are 2 cruisers and t2 sonar very close to invisible sub. Sub dont give a shit
17:46 game crashed

I have noticed that there was couple of moments when i could see this sub for a very short time like at 17:20. But way too short to target it.
This problem could be caused by constantly power stalling by my opponent. No idea what else could cause this bug since it was early game and not much was going on.

One more thing: Im not sure if this is related but for the first time in 430 games played, my screen just froze. I could hear sounds but the video was gone. I've tried to alt+tab and get my game back but then the screen went black. I dont think it was my graphic card since i could see desktop after alttabbing. I could still hear sounds and the game was receiving my commands because i can see myself on replay blindly writting that my game froze. This is probably unrelated and caused by my side because happened only for me but i thought i will share it anyway since it was new for me and can have something to do with current beta patch.

Another replay showing the same problem. For instance, look from 15:45 at the yellow subs from point of view of the left team.

Had the same problem on a Seton's Clutch match just now. Looks like barracuda got cloak since the only way to see them was with omni vision.

It is known and will be fixed in next update

- All shields now overspill damage correctly based on their type
- Fixed nukes overkilling bubble shield base structure when out of range and shield up
- Fixed Continental taking damage from AOE when it has the shield up
- Fixed regen buffs from different sources not stacking properly. This should mean every possible interaction between veterancy, upgrades, and the Seraphim Regen Aura field all play nice
- Fixed Underwater Vision not being initialised on unit completion
- Fixed Engineers not properly reclaiming the target of an assisted, then stopped, Engineer

*Performance*
- Entities now re-use repeated sound FX instead of creating new ones every time

*Other*
- Log-spam from various known events heavily reduced

Any fix for the nuke subs pumping out nukes like TML ?
