FAF is running at 5-10 fps

I have recently reset my pc to factory default, I have played 700+ games on FAF between global and ladder games at the norm FPS. But after my reset the game only runs at between 5-10 fps, I can run other games like GTA V, again at a normal FPS so I am very confused, thanks in advance for any response.

okay the problem has since fixed itself.
