At 15 minutes you can see the t3 arty has a direct attack order and doesn't deploy and shoot, it just sits there. I've seen this happen before but I'm not sure how to reproduce the bug.
Cybran t3 arty also regularly gets stuck on engies when leaving the factory, not sure if you can do anything about that though.

It seems the unit is getting stuck in state transitions. I'll take a look.
Simple fix: Don't put engies in the way.
