Well, the image you posted is 2715x1527 pixels, wich is weird... is should be 2048 × 1080, 4k STD is 4096 × 2160, anyway, it can be the setting on your OS(Operation System), do you have items size set to minimum on your Operation System ?

just a note 2560 x 1080; 3840 x 2160; 2560 x 1440; 3440 x 1440 are also called 2K/3k whatever...
