Unable to log in / password reset

Hi,

I lost my password, but when i request a new one with the password recovery form i don't get the email (its also not in the spam filter) with the link to change it.
So yesterday i tried to set up a new account using another email which worked just fine, but now i'm stuck at the login screen, it says logging in but doesn't advance.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I remember that in some cases it took even 3 days before the email arrived.

Now you are stucked on log in since you most likely hit our smurf protection (can't have multiple account on same PC without them being linked to steam accounts)

Its been more than a week, i din't receive any email, nor is it working. Is there any other way to solve it?

I've been trying to get a new password for two days - still nothing in my emailaccount. Is this due to holidays or another problem? ty
