Auto Login

My fiancee is trying to login to FAF.
She incorrectly put in an account name, then we remembered her original one, but now we can't login with the original account, because it immediately goes to "Logging in..."
Is there a way to disable the login via a file? What can we do to resolve this?

Not sure what you are talking about, but here is how you disable autologin

Yes sir, I know that is how you disable autologin.
She cannot login.
She cannot access the user interface.
It simply says "Logging in..." and that is it.
Nothing.
It goes no further.
She isn't using a smurf account. She hasn't even "logged in," with her information, it won't let her.
What can we do?
Is there a way to disable the auto login through a file change?

Did you link both accounts to the steam accounts?
If not then you hit smurf protection

Well then faf should give at least some message, not just "logining in"
And also she cannot access user interface.
I think reinstalling FAF may help you access interface and try login again, but it would be great if you could post logs so someone can investigate the issue

No, neither of us have done it through Steam, as we have the disc versions of SupCom and FA.
The keys don't seem to work when we try to add them as Steam games.

Is there seriously no bloody way to disable auto login through a file?
Or is this some peculiar connection issue?

It should time out as you entered a wrong username/password and take you back to the login interface. Your logs indicated the login was aborted by the user so have you tried waiting a little longer? The first login is detected at 22:15:48 and the abort is logged at 22:16:13 so you gave FAF exactly 25 seconds to detect that the username/password combination does not match any existing accounts. The log also indicated it detected an update but I can't see if it was actually installed so if waiting doesn't help I suggest reinstalling.

We have gave the "Logging in...." attempt a good thirty minutes.
If that isn't enough, then there's an issue.
The reinstall did not resolve the problem.
