torpedo upgrade stuff

i already made a post about torpedo upgrade, warning people that attack order works only at gun range, and so the impossibility to select which unit to attack with torp com in most of the situtation.
this post is about reclaim + torp com, if you try to reclaim an unit being targeted by the torp com, the target of the torpedo will change. Meaning that you can't add reclaim + torpedo against the same unit.
i think we should make at least reclaim + torpedo possible on the same unit. (btw building torpedo defense, change target of the torpedo time to time, i couldn't prove in the replay, but i saw it in BH vs Zlo last roanoke)
