connection problem.

hi all, im currently having connection problems, when i join a game everyone else excluding 1 person has connecting next to their name, and i cannot connect at all to them, if i create a game i can connect to other players, i have used faf for years now, i built a new pc and this happens, i am now using windows 10 and my pc specs are intel 5930, gigabyte x99-ud4, 16gb 2400mhz ddr4, samsung 750 gb ssd, 2 x 980 ti's, any help would be appreciated.

think i have got it working, it was a firewall problem seems to be ok now.
