missing dll error on install

Hi all,

Trying to install FAForever-0.10.125 for the first time. Get a missing dll error when I try to install as a regular user. I get a "package could not be opened" error when I try to run as admin. I have attached the two errors below in image form. Thanks for the assistance

so, if you have the proper file and still no sucess :


- first of all, please post you Operative Sytem details

- second, please open "cmd.exe" (command prompt) as administrator
after that use the following commands :

cd %USERPROFILE%

- to change to your user folder

cd downloads

- to go to your download folder

msiexec /i FAForever-0.10.125.msi /Lime logfile.txt

- to get a log from the instaler

after that, attach the logfile.txt to this forum thread using "upload attachment" option
