Cannot Download Installer

I took a long break from Supreme Commander,thanks to my computer sorta... Melting. Well,the CPU,at any rate. I am slowly discovering that my backup laptop can handle most of my games,to my astonishment,so now I want to get back into FAF. Thing is,I can't download the installer. When I try,Chrome throws a Connection Refused error at me. This might have something to do with the server overhaul,but I figured something like this would have been top priority. Anyone else getting this issue? Is there a fix beyond "Hurry up and wait"?

Hilariously,I think they changed the download page since I posted the thread. The download link,for starters,is different; It just says "FAF.msi",rather than something along the lines of "FAF Installer <Version number>.msi". Maybe they silently fixed it after seeing this? Or,more likely,they were working on it already when I tried,failed,then posted this? Regardless,it fixed itself.
