My world is ending - login problems

So, I have been a long time player of Sub Com and a great supporter of FAF but this last update is messing with my head.

I normally auto log in, have done for years.

Today, after the update I have to log in with username and password. No idea what my password is, so I go to the reset password and I am supposed to receive an email...... still waiting on that. it's very possible that the email I used many years ago is one I don't use anymore so I try to set up a new account to be told only one account per computer and my old account is still present on my computer event though I have removed FAF and re installed.

Please help me, I need sub com FAF in my life.

I am having the very same issue.

The password reset email does not arrive. I have tried entering either my FAF user name or my email address, in both cases it says that an email has been sent. Obviously I have checked my spam folder etc.

Same problem. I cannot login to my account. I have auto login enabled. Now the regedit trick no longer works for me. I think i overwrote my original FaF installation with the BETA install. I either am not recieving the reset emails, or its going to an old email account that I dont have access to. My username is RedHairyLlamaZ, and my email is [email protected] . Checked my spam folder, tried creating a new email.

I havent even gotten that far! When i tried to get my password reset in both cases it said my username and password were not on the database, ive had to completely recreate my account.

Earlier today/yesterday we moved faf to a new server. Components are still being migrated across. We are aware that the username/password change service is not working. Please be patient it is being worked on.

Had the same: worked for me after i typed in the same password a few times
