Hello, I updated FAF early yesterday and I had issues trying to login. I went through the password reset procedures, got the email, and reset my password.

Everything seemed to work until I tried to log into FAF again. Again the same message "Login not found or password incorrect. They are case sensitive."

I've tried resetting the password several times now, including limiting myself to an 8 character password and still the same issue. I've tried logging in on 2 different PC's and both give me the same error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having exactly the same problem.

I have also tried the steps as above. I have also tried connecting via a different ISP and it still doesn't work. Also won't work trying to create a new account.

I really, really hope this will be fixed soon!

Same....my friend Typo91 talked me into trying to get this game... but I can't seem to create an account on FAF... even though i just got the forums working....

I just get told wrong username/password.... i try to reset password with email, and it says that account does not exist.

Maybe no one can create account now and must wait they fix the problem.. I have almost the same situation as maxwell, just bought the game. I would appreciate some information to this tread when the problem is fixed.

Same situation as above. Got Supreme Commander to play with a friend, can't create an account now. Any idea what the problem is?

Since last Saturday, I had been able to use the client. I did nothing more than the same as when I had the problem, created an account and signed in.

Online vault and ranked games are not working now. Chat lobby did not too during the weekend, but now it works (I had to do nothing to make it work either).
