Bug: Our team won game and did not get points

Game on Twin Rivers EP 6v6. Default ranked options. No desync. We won and not get points.

I have noticed exactly this same issue. I won five team games in a row and didn't get any point's I have not counted after that how many of the games in earlier and later are to points missed by winning games. Also peoples have pm'd me for this problem and many others things.

And an ladder games freezes pretty often for the ''Setting up automatch...'' screen or that ''bug repot'' poping up... and sometimes i loose points when i click cancel, because game is freezed for waiting for other player.

The easiest way would be to fix all this by resetting the rating for every one or for wishing one's. I would be happy to get rating reset

Resetting everyone's rating would be the nuclear option in this case... easy to press the button and do it but a bit disproportionate for what we need.

There's been a few issues with how ratings are updated recently, I've been told a fix is in the pipeline and the last couple of weeks of games that have been affected by this bug will have their ratings recalculated.

In the meantime don't worry too much if you don't gain/lose the points you were expecting
