Nothing Under Play or Coop Missions

When I go to either the play tab or coop missions tab there is nothing there, I cannot see any custom game modes to host or any public games to join. All the other tabs work fine including downloading things from the vault and watching replays, and I can properly play the game through steam. I am on windows 10.
