Even after the recent update to the matchmaking system it still seems impossible for 0 rated players to find a ladder game or to accrue global rating/games played

Just as a side note i have noticed when I search the icon in the top left hand corner changes colour to red and says offline and all my games disappear from games list this doenst happen on another account.
