Broken mod Vault

Hello.

The mod vault seems to be broken.. at least for me I think, as people on the chat tells me it is working..

As soon as I press "download mod" that error pop up shows. Its instant, it doesnt even try to download.

Any help?
PS: The mod on the image is referencial... it happens with any mod.
