patch loop? cant get past it.

any idea how to get past the an infinite patch loop? pics of the file thats running from the installer off the site. patched over n over n over n over.... yeah i cant get onto faf.

uninstall FAF in control panel

install using this download link : https://github.com/FAForever/client/releases
