Cannot install or Uninstall..is looking for tmpy3xles...

I updated today after logging in per instructions from the client I needed it. Once I connect now, it tries to get me to do it again, however it fails because it is looking for tmpy3xles.msi which isn't on my machine. So I cannot do an uninstall, or install the newer version because this file doesn't exist?

Uninstall via control panel, download install file from https://github.com/FAForever/client/releases and it should be fine
