Fervor cannot hit PD on hill on Rumble in the Jungle

A while ago I had a problem destroying a PD with fervors on this map.

A PD built close to the hydro in the northeast, on the hill, won't be hit by fervors.

I have reproduced it in the enclosed replay.

This is known, you can see similar things on craftious maximus for example. I think the hill is making the arty miscalculate where it's target is. Other arties have some aoe so it's mostly a problem for the fervor. If you really want to kill that thing you're missing you can ground attack in front of it.
