Everyone is greyed out since I moved to uni. HELP PLEASE!

Log on and almost everyone is greyed out, if they even show up in the chat lobby at all. I'm guessing this is a uni problem as Iv'e had no issues elsewhere. Tried multiple reinstalls etc...

Really missing the game so pleaaaase help me.

This is probably an issue with the unis firewall blocking the port. Contact your uni IT about it. They will probably recommend you use a vpn to get external access.
