Constant desync even with AI

I've ran into a problem where whenever I play a game there's a desync at the very beginning of any game I play. Even against any AI on any map, official or custom. How do you desync with AI? and this started rather recently and it isn't my internet. I tried reinstalling FA and FAF and it didn't help. Is there a way to fix this issue somehow because I want to get back to playing.
